2026 Summer Model Artist Internship
The Internship Experience
The Learning & Development Graphic Design Intern will support the Learning & Development Team in elevating the visual impact, accessibility, and organization of learning and development resources across Hasbro. This role blends creative design with systems thinking, helping transform L&D communications, presentations, and toolkits into visually compelling, brand-aligned assets that are engaging and easy to navigate.
In addition to creating polished design materials, the intern will play a key role in building and organizing a centralized repository of learning resources, ensuring tools and content are intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly for employees at all levels. This is a unique opportunity to combine graphic design, visual storytelling, and information architecture to enhance the employee learning experience at scale.
What You'll Do as a Learning & Development Graphic Design Intern:

Design and develop visually engaging, brand-aligned learning materials including presentations, one-pagers, job aids, toolkits, and internal communications.

Enhance clarity and visual storytelling by translating complex concepts into accessible, easy-to-navigate formats.

Create reusable templates and standardized design assets to improve consistency across HR COE initiatives.

Build and launch a centralized digital repository of Learning & Development resources that is intuitive, searchable, and scalable.

Develop clear navigation structures, naming conventions, and tagging systems to improve discoverability of L&D tools.

Support updates and ongoing optimization of learning materials to ensure brand alignment and accessibility standards.

Partner cross-functionally with L&D team members to understand user needs and improve employee learning experience.
What You'll Bring:
By the end of the internship period, success will include:

Delivery of a suite of polished, brand-aligned L&D templates and assets that improve consistency and engagement.

Launch of an organized, user-friendly L&D Resource Hub (v1.0) with clear structure and navigation.

Implementation of a sustainable repository framework (including naming conventions and tagging guidelines).

Positive stakeholder feedback regarding usability, accessibility, and visual quality of materials.

Documentation of design standards and repository structure to ensure long-term scalability.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
Required:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills (slide masters, formatting, template creation)

Experience designing presentations, one-pagers, and digital communications

Strong attention to visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and brand consistency

Organizational skills and ability to structure digital content clearly and logically
Preferred:

Experience with content management platforms (e.g., SharePoint)

Basic video editing skills

Interest in learning and development, employee experience, or HR

Creative and detail-oriented with a strong design eye

The base salary range for this position is $25.00 to $28.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
