Glint); employee networks and personal employee relationships to refine to better understand employee engagement sentiments.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Evolve and globalize existing recognition platforms based on employee insights.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Build solid relationships with HR Business Partners&rsquo;s, Business Partners and employees to ensure that engagement initiatives align with current leadership and strategic initiatives. Develop critical metrics to measure impact and refine accordingly</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Deliver a suite of employee events that are strategic versus transactional. Create balance of initiatives that are broad in scope yet meet the needs of a diverse group of employees (age, gender, family status, singles, ethnicity, etc).</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Ensure strong communication between regions around the globe to align recognition programs and employee events where appropriate.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Align Employee Engagement events with other events in the company to ensure an overall comprehensive and strategic engagement calendar.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Work closely with global employee networks Sr. Specialist to evolve Hasbro&rsquo;s employee networks to the next level.
