We are digital-first-focused to reach our core age group of girls & boys age 5 + years old to connect with our ponies! Our team pulls inspiration from topical trends, while connecting virtually to inform future development.

In this high-profile role, you will embrace the culture of the My Little Pony brand to develop products & marketing tied to this iconic brand that is almost 40 years old!

 

A day in the life as a Manager Global Brand Development & Marketing

 

As a digital-first problem solver, creative consumer marketer and brand developer, you will help lead the global product development and marketing processes, line planning activities, and brand strategy to drive our high-profile brand.

You will:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute key brand initiatives, including finding innovative ways to grow the business
  • Use social insights to help drive product innovations to connect with our consumers
  • Demonstrate creative thinking and use consumer insights to drive product innovations and better meet/exceed consumer demands
  • Develop overall go-to-market product strategy to share with all the markets!
  • Develop primary assets for advertising and other marketing communications
  • Become the global consumer insights and competitive market segment specialist to demonstrate insights on product line, brand, and category development
  • Align premier content and storytelling with strong commercial plans = Show to shelf execution

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience supporting a fully integrated marketing program
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • MBA preferred
