The Nerf franchise team has an opening for the next outstanding global brand marketer leading all digital and social and for our business! You will play an active role in crafting insightful content marketing strategies and creative go to market stories for one of the most recognizable and multi-generational active play brands in the world.   This is a highly strategic and creative position where having an entrepreneurial ambitious spirit is a must for the role. A creative mind, financial acuity, and an ability to know trends and be a fan of pop culture is a requirement.  


A day in the life of a Global Brand Manager of the Franchise Team:


As a digital-first thinker, innovative consumer marketer, and brand developer you will help lead the global content strategy for the Nerf Portfolio: In this role you will:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (AIM, GIM, Product Marketing, Legal and PR) to complete key brand initiatives, including finding innovative ways to create drive engagement, social presence across key platforms and conversion.
  • Assist in the creation of consumer facing assets for advertising and marketing messaging. Provide timely and consistent communication of brand activity and key information to internal business partners.
  • Partner with Hasbro’s influencer team as the brand’s key touchpoint on all Nerf influencer programs, leading the strategy of influencer selection, briefing, and execution of key campaigns.
  • Lead the Nerf brand’s organic content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok (in partnership with our Chief TikTok Officer).
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to understand business needs, retailer trends & challenges, share methodologies, identify content opportunities, and provide guidance
  • Ownership and navigation of all internal systems and processes to ensure product lines are set up for success with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Potential to manage up to 1 direct report


What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience supporting a fully integrated marketing program, or equivalent
  • Digital Marketing and Social content creation experience, including an understanding of influencer marketing strategies and tactics across platforms.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field, or equivalent.
  • MBA preferred
  • Proven ability to leverage insight into strategy & innovation
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong project management abilities
  • Business and financial acumen and ability to negotiate
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Suite is preferred but not required
