This enables us to deliver results in all aspects of our business.</font></p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">We&#39;re seeking a Media&nbsp;Analyst to join our team!</span></span></p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">As a Global Media Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of paid media spend for Hasbro markets across the globe.&nbsp; Working with agencies and internal media partners, this role will help drive a quantitative approach to media performance.</p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">The ideal candidate is passionate about media analytics with prior experience working with media datasets across multiple digital channels including video, search, social, programmatic, etc.&nbsp; He/she is able to effectively extract and communicate insights from large data sets to identify trends, correlations and drive future media strategies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">This position reports to Global Media, Senior Planner, based in our Pawtucket, RI office.</p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><u>Key Responsibilities</u></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: normal;"><span>Develop analysis with sound insights and recommendations, while maintaining and assuring the accuracy and consistency of data</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: normal;"><span>Create strategic campaign learning agendas and associated KPI measurement frameworks that align with consumer marketing and business objectives</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: normal;"><span>Recommend testing and analytics setup protocols for new campaigns.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: normal;"><span>Extract insights from digital media measurement systems (e.g., DFA, Demand side platforms, Google Analytics) to spot trends and optimization opportunities</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: normal;"><span>Produce automated dashboards with 3rd party data visualization tools based on business context and global footprint</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: normal;"><span>Compile multiple data sources into cohesive and understandable reports for internal and external use and crafts &ldquo;stories&rdquo; in a way that non-technical clients can quickly grasp the key information</span></span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-weight: normal;"><u>Education, Knowledge and Experience Required</u></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: normal;"><span>3+ years of digital media, analytics and data science expertise</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: normal;"><span>Familiarity with the digital metrics and tools used to measure digital advertising including Doubleclick for Advertisers, Omniture, Adobe Site Analytics, Doubleclick Search, and Facebook Ads Reporting</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: normal;"><span>Experience in digital advertising, preferably ad technology including hands-on experience ad trafficking and ad targeting in multiple servers across exchanges</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: normal;"><span>Working familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau)</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: normal;"><span>Advanced Excel: PivotTables, Macros, Charts</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: normal;"><span>Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast pace environment</span></span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-weight: normal;"><u>Key Relationships</u></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: normal;"><span>Hasbro Global Media team</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: normal;"><span>Agency partners both in global strategy and marketing science teams</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: normal;"><span>External media partners including Google, Facebook, etc.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: normal;"><span>Hasbro Consumer Insights team</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: normal;"><span>Hasbro Data Scientists </span></span></li> </ul>
