The Fashion & Preschool Development Organization is seeking a highly innovative, upbeat, and motivated Temporary Project Coordinator to join our Team! Working with our phenomenal Fashion & Preschool Brands brands such as: Baby Alive, FurReal, My Little Pony, Littlest Pet Shop, Potato Head, Peppa Pig, & PJ Masks!!


Utilizing strong communication, organization, teamwork and problem-solving skills, you will be responsible and accountable for the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of the project data in our systems for our products. This includes supporting the Program Management Team by preparing meeting agendas, presentation files, and documents for Gate Reviews. Additionally, you will actively participate and contribute to the product development process by pro-actively completing the team’s general administrative responsibilities – publishing reports, setting up meetings, extracting data from our systems and facilitating audio and/or video conferences.


This position will work with diverse multi-functional Development and Marketing teams, the Global Data Governance team, and product development partners in Hasbro’s Far East offices, and other locations around the world. This position reports to the Manager of Project Management for Fashion, and is based in Pawtucket, RI.


A day in the life of a Project Coordinator:

Under the general direction of the Global Development Organization, you will:

  • Collaborate and connect with team members in the US and globally as the need arises in regard to project plan details & updates.
  • Build and maintain project workspaces that brings together the critical path data for our new products using web based systems.
  • Review global marketing line plans and wave plans to identify projects required for project number setup as needed.
  • Work closely with the global development team and the data governance team to determine the appropriate parent and material number assignment for items as needed
  • Generate, review and publish accurate weekly activity summary reports (topline).
  • Review reports to reconcile active/inactive projects.
  • Utilize forward planning tool to create agendas for development team Gate Reviews.
  • Initiate Pitch documents to support Gate reviews, review and enter specific Program Mgmt data into documents.
  • Gate reviews, you will facilitate the power point presentation by following the agenda with the appropriate Gate Docs. Following the review, you will enter action summaries into these documents and publish final documents in our systems and/or through email.


What you’ll bring:

  • Degree in Project Management, Business Management, or Marketing
  • 1-3 years experience in data coordination preferred, college graduates will be strongly considered
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Self-motivation, detail oriented, excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Knowledge of product development a plus
  • Project Management experience a plus
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications and presentation software required


This is a temporary position with a third party temporary agency.  You will be an employee of the temporary agency, not Hasbro.
