Hasbro’s Global Integrated Marketing group is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic temporary Creative Project Manager to join our internal agency team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly creative and collaborative environment delivering content for our beloved, world-class brands.


Our Creative Project Managers play a pivotal role in delivering strategic and creative work that drives our business. They guide our brand teams through integrated campaigns, ecommerce videos, digital, and social content. Ours PMs are masters at connecting dots.  They know who to bring to the table and when to achieve the optimal results. Our ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and loves the multi-faceted often unpredictable challenge of navigating brand initiatives. They’re comfortable owning project schedules and budgets but can also jump into a creative brainstorm. Deep knowledge of all phases of the creative process, outstanding organizational skills, and strategic communication capabilities are must-haves for this role.


What you'll do:

  • Evaluate new project requests; gather key details and recommend project approach, resources
  • Establish and manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines; forecasts hours, and coordinate with cross-functional partners
  • Work with both internal and external creative partners to execute project deliverables
  • Coordinate and lead all project communications; keep stakeholders appraised of status, requirements, and potential risks
  • Manage expectations regarding resourcing, timelines, budgets, and reviews/approvals; troubleshoot and propose solutions for obstacles
  • Ensure final assets are delivered to approved specifications
  • Coordinate asset delivery through the Hasbro DAM and other approved digital distribution platforms 
  • Track and update project details in our work management tool
  • Ensure documentation is secured and stored in the appropriate Hasbro systems
  • Organize and facilitate operational meetings including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc
  • Focus on continuous improvement; define and implement new processes and workflows as needs arise


What you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in project or account management within an internal or external creative agency or within a corporate marketing department
  • Great affinity for developing relationships with both internal and external partners
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency and/or familiarity with a variety of programs and deliverables, such as creative ideation, broadcast, social and digital
  • Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects at once and effectively keep projects on track and in scope
  • Proven ability to pivot quickly and prioritize assignments - yours and others'
  • Relentless motivation to optimize internal processes
  • Experience with Workfront a plus



This is a Temporary position lasting up to 12 months. 


The role is based in RI; we are currently remote, but candidates should be prepared to return to the office in late 2021.
