Are you an entrepreneurial sales leader looking for the opportunity to bring iconic brands to market? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager on our Growth Channels team. In this role, you are responsible for maximizing the business opportunity across Hasbro’s Boys Action, Sports Action, Games, Preschool and Fashion Brand portfolios. The Sales Manager will develop and implement business plans based on data and consumer insights that achieve internal and external metrics. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to share and implement your strategy.
A Day In The Life as a Sales Manager:
Brand Expertise & Portfolio Management:
- Possess a strong understanding of Hasbro brands, consumer targets, and product line.
- Create channel/account specific strategies for sell-in including managing a curated a product assortment and presented item recommendations to ultimately increase Hasbro points of distribution.
Forecasting & Analytics:
- Accountable for delivering or exceeding sales targets.
- Responsible for using data to accurately project sales and regularly communicate any changes to the plan as they occur.
Relationship Management:
- The Sales Manager will establish connections with key contacts at the account and work on cultivating/developing strong customer relationships.
- Share insights and apply data to drive sell-in and sell-through.
- Understand their account needs and work to achieve mutually beneficial results.
Identifying Opportunities:
- Exhibit an understanding of Hasbro financials to identify profitable deal buy opportunities for short term solutions as well as brief in key asset needs for long term growth to global and commercial marketing partners.
Cross-Functional Partnerships:
- Partner regularly with marketing, account support, finance, flow planning, data management and customer business management.
- Responsible for ensuring all key parties assist in meeting various deliverables and milestones throughout the selling process and POs are shipped on time and in full. Sales Managers will also need to be able to articulate their customer needs and influence internally.
What You'll Bring:
- BA/BS Required
- 5+ years of transferable Sales experience
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong internal and external relationship building/management
- Deep understanding of retail metrics and proven analytical skills
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong time management, prioritization, planning, and organization skills
- Proficient experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimum 30% travel required.

The base salary range for this position is $96,900.00 to $145,400.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
