In this role, you will unlock value for Hasbro by developing tools and dashboards which focus on critical executional excellence KPI’s like distribution, availability, and compliance quality. You will mine varied internal and external data sources to feed core customer, regional and global business planning forums. You will also partner and coach commercial colleagues to help develop action plans to deliver the opportunities identified and unlock sales growth.  

 

A Day In The Life of the Sr. Data Analytics Analyst:

  • You will work with global and local teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and design, develop, implement, and maintain reporting and key KPI dashboards
  • Providing regular relevant commentary and insight to feed varied commercial partners and planning process using comprehensive, easy to digest methods that will translate into impactful and actionable reports.
  • Leverage Hasbro data assets specifically within executional excellence and category management. Partnering with CMI, AIM and 3rd parties to aid development of future capability. 
  • Establish understanding of new metrics, context and action to drive omnichannel share & sales growth opportunities.
  • Ad hoc analysis and project work to support critical projects within wider CMI and commercial team.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive, relevant business experience with a strong data manipulation and analysis background within a similar industry to Hasbro.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for creatively solving problems in a fast paced and high intensity environment.
  • Experience presenting information to and soliciting feedback from small and medium-sized groups.
  • Experience extracting data from retail POS systems e.g. Nielson, Circana, Luminate, MerchIQ, Vendor Central, Retail Link experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, VBA/Macros, advanced Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint
  • Exposure to Category Management or RGM experience would be another plus.

 

 

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $96,200
  • Pay Range End: $168,400
