We're looking for a Senior Site Merchandiser with a strong curiosity about eCommerce, Direct to Consumer (DTC) platform, product management, and/or business to aid with multiple aspects of Dungeons and Dragons' DTC site. Does this sound exciting to you?
What You'll Do:
As a Sr Site Merchandiser on the Dungeons and Dragons Site Performance team, you'll ensure operational excellence, contributing to an exceptional online shopping experience for our game fans. Collaborating with various teams, you will:
- Develop and implement effective site merchandising strategies for enhanced product visibility and increased online sales.
- Collaborate with the various team to align merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Analyze web analytics and sales data to make data-driven decisions, conduct A/B testing, and optimize site content for improved conversion rates.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings, including detailed descriptions, images, and pricing information.
- Stay informed about e-commerce trends, user experience best practices, and industry innovations.
- Contribute to SEO efforts by optimizing site content for search engine visibility.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven e-commerce experience in a Site Merchandiser or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret web analytics and make informed merchandising decisions.
- Familiarity with content management systems and e-commerce platforms.

Compensation Range, Currency USD:
- Starting Pay Range: $75,100
- Pay Range End: $139,400
