We're seeking a Senior Manager Employee Engagement to support our Internal Communications team!

This individual contributor role will build and implement an engagement strategy that uses data and insights to meaningfully drive employee sentiment! Help advocate for our employees and serve as a liaison on large scale corporate projects across IT, HR, and Operations. Bring new insights and touchpoints to the employee experience including internal and community events, brand activations, and other modalities of engagement.
A day in the life as a Sr. Manager Employee Engagement:
- Support in the creation of a multi-year engagement plan to drive growth in sentiment by launching new events and campaigns across the company.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Tech, Facilities, Operations, and Employee Networks to develop innovative employee touchpoints that meet our objectives.
- Support our executive leadership team through the use of a sentiment dashboard and recommendations specific to office or employee demographic to drive engagement and retention.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and become the employee insights and industry development specialist to contribute to insight-led communications and employee engagement offerings.
- Help drive research and feedback to optimize events & messaging.
- Support the development of Hasbro brand identity internally and as part of the larger employee value proposition on what it means to work at Hasbro.
- Drive communications campaigns celebrating our people, our brands, and our leadership principles supporting our strategy in action.
- Partner with regional teams to understand local needs, trends & challenges, identify growth opportunities, and provide guidance on local plans.
- Help deliver highly impactful engagement plans to internal stakeholders.
- Provide timely and consistent engagement tracking, execution, and support.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, or related field with equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability in a global corporate role specifically leading engagement, HR, or communications.
- A passion for people and a finger on the pulse of today’s engagement trends.
- Expertise in transforming strategy and vision into actionable plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- A strong balance of data and creativity.
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative approach, and curiosity and eagerness to learn and problem-solve across the business.
Compensation Range, Currency USD:
- Starting Pay Range: $104,800
