Are you passionate about driving impactful change at the enterprise level? We are looking for a Strategic Transformation Manager to join our newly formed Transformation Team! This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that align with our 'Play to Win' strategic objectives.
Partnering with the VP of Strategic Transformation, this role will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of transformation programs across business units, helping craft the future of how we operate. This is a hybrid role and requires the ability to work onsite three days per week in our Pawtucket, RI office.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Delivery & Execution
- Define coordinated roadmap across global functions for capabilities to be delivered and build linkages across all transformation efforts to ensure we effectively operate our business.
- Maintain real-time, comprehensive dashboards and reporting tools of the transformation initiatives, including program status, milestone adherence, budget, and other critical metrics.
- Assist in prioritizing and sequencing initiatives in alignment with strategic goals and enterprise-level metrics.
- Lead program governance activities, including reporting, steering committee updates, and risk mitigation plans.
- Partner with functional leaders to manage the daily execution of transformation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are maintained.
Collaborator Engagement & Communication
- Collaborate with business unit leaders, project sponsors, and functional teams to drive alignment, secure resources, and ensure effective execution.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaborative working sessions, workshops, and communications that promote shared understanding and decision-making.
Change Management Support
- Partner with teams to support change management, communication plans, training, and adoption activities across the business.
- Identify potential areas of resistance and develop strategies to address challenges proactively.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards and progress reports for senior leadership.
- Track benefits realization and ensure projects are delivering against expected outcomes.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to improving project and program management standard methodologies, tools, and templates.
- Support knowledge sharing across transformation workstreams and teams.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience delivering complex programs, transformation, or strategic initiatives in a large, matrixed organization.
- Influencing: Strong leadership skills to motivate and encourage teams to achieve project goals and deadlines. Experience working with C-level leadership and navigating complexity across borders.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving skills to drive decisions and ensure the success of the program. Experience driving organizational change and adoption of new processes or technologies.
- Business Insight: Demonstrate understanding of business operations, financial management principles, and risk management practices.
- Learning Agility: Exhibits an innovative mentality, rapid acquisition and application of new knowledge, and curiosity about industry benchmarks to improve operations.
- Results Delivery: Ability to drive progress in a fast-paced and complex environment. Must have experience leading multiple projects and/or workstreams simultaneously.
- Process Minded: Strong project management expertise with proficiency in program management methodologies, tools and techniques. Certification in Program/Project Management is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.

Compensation Range, Currency USD:
- Starting Pay Range: $114,100
- Pay Range End: $171,100
