2026 Summer Logistics Intern(s) (Logistics & Global Transport)

Hasbro is currently seeking enthusiastic, proactive, and curious Logistics and Global Transport Interns to operate under the close supervision of a Senior Analyst or Manager. In this role, you will gain exposure to a dynamic business environment where you will be able to apply classroom skills to real life supply chain situations.

The overall experience will increase your knowledge of the global supply chain of a consumer product. The Global Logistics Department has an extensive network of partners that support the various subgroups of the Department. Get ready to be involved in the continuous interaction and coordination among internal and external stakeholders including Transportation providers for Domestic and International shipments, Customs Brokers, Vendors, Booking Agents, Affiliate Markets and Warehouses, globally

 

The Internship Experience

Interns are fully embedded on their teams and trusted to own meaningful business projects aligned to team priorities. Throughout the summer, you’ll contribute to work that matters while also being part of a broader global intern cohort, gaining exposure to professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and leadership engagement designed to support your growth and learning.

 

What You Will do as a Logistics Intern:

  • Support the Transportation team in analyzing shipment data and tracking deliveries
  • Assist with selecting carriers and transportation methods to ensure on-time delivery
  • Monitor shipment progress and help resolve issues as they arise
  • Support container utilization tracking and basic performance reporting
  • Work within systems such as SAP and Oracle Transportation Management to help manage transportation activity
  • Collaborate with warehouses, customer support teams, and transportation providers to support smooth delivery operations
  • Help investigate shipment challenges and contribute to identifying solutions
  • Brings an analytical mindset and uses data to help problem-solve

 

Global Trade Compliance Exposure

  • Assist the team in ensuring compliance with global trade laws and regulations
  • Support product classification under the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule
  • Help prepare Certificates of Origin for qualifying shipments
  • Contribute to tracking global duty spend and Free Trade Agreement utilization
  • Partner with internal teams and external customs brokers to support compliance processes

 

What You Will Bring (Required qaulifications/skills/competencies):

  • Working towards a degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations or similar. Relevant supply chain or business internship experience preferred.
  • Desire to adapt and learn, embracing Hasbro’s core values of Passion, Integrity, Creativity and Community.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships through teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, reasoning and organization skills.
  • Willingness to take initiative; developing processes and reports relating to the Hasbro business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with analytical tools and AI models

By the end of the program, interns leave with tangible accomplishments, a clear understanding of how their work creates value, and meaningful exposure to what a full-time, entry-level role at Hasbro could look like, positioning them well for potential future opportunities.

 

Program Details

  • Interview Timeline: February – April
  • Summer Internship Program Dates (adjust accordingly for Co-op):
    • Start: Early June (target June 8)
    • End: Late August (target August 21)
  • Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Compensation:
    • Rates vary based on year in school, degree program, and office location
    • Final rates communicated during offer process
  • Location: These internship positions will take place in our Pawtucket, RI office and are hybrid.

The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 to $35.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions.
