We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Desktop Engineer to join our Desktop Engineering team. This entry level role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and problem solving who wants to grow their career in enterprise system administration. The system administrator will assist in supporting, maintaining, and improving the company’s device management environment, working alongside a team of system administrators. 

 

What You'll Do:

  • Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms globally when issues arise.  

  • Assist with device imaging, deployment, and patch management using tools such as Microsoft SCCM, Intune, and Jamf.  

  • Support end-users with common enterprise applications including Microsoft 365, Citrix, and Adobe Creative Cloud. 

  • Respond to and resolve Tier 1–2 tickets related to hardware, software, and user account access issues. 

  • Participate in printer setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. 

  • Document processes, common issues, and solutions to contribute to the team’s knowledge base leveraging Confluence and Jira.  

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance endpoint security, streamline automation, and support system upgrade initiatives. 

  • Maintain a strong customer-service approach, ensuring end-user satisfaction. 

 

What You Bring:

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent work experience. 

  • 5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support preferred. 

  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts. 

  • Exposure to device management tools (SCCM, Intune, or Jamf) is a plus. 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn. 

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

The base salary range for this position is $88,000.00 to $132,100.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
