Treasury Analyst, FX & Capital Markets

Do you have finance experience, a curiosity about Global Treasury and enjoy learning? We have an opportunity for an Analyst to join Hasbro’s Treasury Capital Markets team! In this role we will provide exposure to a broad-based application of core treasury principles as they relate to Hasbro’s Capital structure and FX risk management.

The Analyst provides full front-to-back FX transaction management as well as monthly and quarterly foreign exchange reporting and hedge effectiveness analysis, Sarbanes Oxley, FX trade reconciliation, and maintains treasury workstation data. This highly analytical role provides exposure to senior leadership, economic markets, and exposure to Bloomberg. This an excellent opportunity to grow your career in Treasury!

A day in the life of a Treasury Analyst:

• Responsible for daily FX review, exposure forecasts, back office operations, debt and stock buyback maintenance.
• Analysis of debt markets due to Hasbro's diverse debt portfolio. Review the impact to the income statement and interest rate exposure.
• Work closely with the Treasury Manager on the preparation and review of Hasbro’s balance sheet, cash flow, interest income and interest expense forecasts.
• Assist with ad hoc capital budgeting and other projects as requested.
• Coordinate FX special projects like model building in excel, quantitative analysis and technical accounting projects and duties related to FAS 133/ASC 815.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Management.
• 1-3 years’ experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting or a related area.
• Knowledge of capital markets, and foreign exchange is required, familiarity with hedge accounting (FAS133/ASC 815) is helpful.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• CTP or CFA, or curiosity about pursuing these designations preferred.
• Experience with REVAL or another Treasury Management System, SAP and Bloomberg are beneficial.
