We are searching for a Principal Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in crafting our live-service games for kids. You will lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution for our flagship games, driving engagement, retention, and monetization. Reporting to the studio head, you will work cross-functionally with design, development, marketing, and analytics teams, as well as collaborate with partners from Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast.

 

We are looking for someone who will lead and mentor product managers, encouraging a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and player-first thinking. This is a highly visible and impactful role, crafting the future of our kids’ gaming portfolio and delighting families around the world!

 

What You'll Do:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and implement the long-term product roadmap, aligning with both short-term business goals and long-term growth strategy. Ensure the game portfolio evolves to meet the needs of kids and their parents
  • Live Operations: Lead the strategy for ongoing live-service game content updates, events, and promotions to drive player engagement.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Partner with data analytics to set and supervise KPIs, user feedback, and market trends, applying insights to advise and adjust the product roadmap, features, and monetization strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design, art, engineering, marketing, and community teams to ensure a cohesive player experience and successful product launches.
  • Player-Centric Focus: Advocate for a safe, fun, and engaging experience for kids, ensuring that content aligns with our core mission and values.
  • Monetization: Develop and optimize pricing models for kid-friendly monetization, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards while driving revenue growth.
  • Innovation: Stay informed of industry trends, especially in kids’ mobile gaming, and find opportunities to expand our product offerings and engage new demographics.

 

What you'll bring:

  • 7+ years of product management experience in mobile games, with at least 3 years working on live-service games, ideally subscription
  • Proven track record of growing and scaling mobile games, preferably within a kid-focused or family-friendly space.
  • Strong leadership experience with direct reports, managing product managers or similar roles.
  • Experience working within or alongside larger publishers is a plus, especially in navigating cross-studio collaborations and shared resources.
  • Analytical approach with experience using data to drive decisions, optimize live service features, and improve player retention.
  • Solid understanding of mobile game monetization, user acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Passion for crafting engaging, safe, and fun experiences for kids.
  • Outstanding communication, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver cogent presentations that detail the health of the business and product strategy
