Atomic Arcade is a video game development studio located in the Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina area led by industry veterans from AAA game and film studios.
We are in the process of staffing up our development team with outstanding talent to create our first multi-platform, AAA game - a bold, new take on the GI JOE Universe starring the legendary character Snake Eyes!

We are looking for a skilled Outsource Producer that will build and maintain efficient, productive and reliable relationships with our external partners to ensure external dependencies are delivered timely, within budget and at quality.
You will be responsible for the development and delivery process for external studios/partners, leading the effort to deliver AAA features and content for our game, as well as tracking and reporting the progress of external partners development efforts.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact with our outsourcing external partners. We work with some of the best partners in the business and you will help keep our relationships strong. Our partners will rely on you for the information and materials they need to do their job.
- Coordinate with other departments and team members to prioritize work to meet cross-disciplinary project goals.
- Manage the sourcing and precuring vendors and contractors to support external development needs for the project.
- Build and maintain schedules and budgets for all outsourcing.
- Create and foster best practices, establish effective pipelines for asset tracking, and supervise contractual obligations for results.
- Collaborate with the Production, Leads and Directors to ensure the game's vision and quality targets are achieved.
- Identify and remove development roadblocks and bottlenecks.
- Report to senior studio staff regularly on the status of external roadmaps, budgets, and relationships.
- Resolve problems, prioritize, and find creative solutions to achieve results.
- Mentor and Task Associate Producers and Production Coordinators.
What You'll Bring
- A strong understanding of AAA game art, asset and world building development and pipelines.
- Experience managing large external co-development teams located across the globe.
- Extensive experience in asset tracking, development planing, budgeting, and the tools to manage them.
- Proficiency with project management and version control software tools such as JIRA, Shotgrid (Flow) and Perforce.
- Highly collaborative processes, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build and foster relationships across time zones.
- Enthusiastic, positive, team-oriented; must have the ability to interact and collaborate with all departments and teams.
- 4+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
Compensation Range, Currency USD:
- Starting Pay Range: $97,600
- Pay Range End: $146,400
