This role is responsible for the supply chain process of allocating all items to our retail customers across 85 Growth Channel accounts, approximately 20% of total volume. </span></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:'Arial',sans-serif">The Growth Channel Flow Planning Manger have ownership and autonomy to handle approximately $500m of total business. Manager will work with US Corporate Flow Managers to understand the brand trajectories, and programs for the current and subsequent year in order to develop the best allocation plan. The Manager will then create a monthly allocation plans at all distribution levels for all accounts within the Channel. The Manager must understand and consider retailer set needs, promotional plans, POS, and out of aisle requirements and work with management to resolve conflicts as required.
