In this role you will evaluate phased supply against a phased global demand of Hasbro&rsquo;s 40+ business units, building supply plans that optimize the use of constrained capacity to satisfy that demand. You will work with cross-functional teams as you manage finished goods planning and procurement with total value at cost of up to $150M USD, equating to approximately a max value of $450M of revenue procured. The candidate will be responsible for managing as many as 200 items.</p> <h2><strong>A day in the life as a Global Planning Analyst:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Evaluate constrained supply and unconstrained demand and create supply plans to maximize capacity utilization and revenue opportunities while minimizing the risk of obsolescence across 26+ global warehouses and 40+ global business units. Achieve and maintain a 95%+ service level of supply to demand for assigned items/brands</li> <li>Procure all finished goods, as assigned, globally while working to mitigate the risk of excess through global inventory transfers</li> <li>Identify, communicate and resolve supply challenges impacting demand cross functionally and globally. Work cross-functionally to proactively pursue potential issues that may negatively impact Hasbro&rsquo;s ability to meet its customer&rsquo;s expectations including the initiation and evaluation of tooling</li> <li>Manage and improve processes within Global Supply Chain Planning and related disciplines. Achieve 95% master data accuracy by being responsible for the creation and maintenance of master data items such as capacity, minimum order quantity, lead time and transit time in SAP.
