Hasbro’s U.S. Inventory Planning team has an immediate need for a hardworking and ambitious Associate Inventory Planner for our growing business!


The role creates and maintains a 12-18 month rolling inventory plan for the U.S. business.  You’ll be responsible for repositioning inventory by location to ensure goods are shippable at the right time, in the right quantity, and in the correct configuration.


A day in the life as an Associate Inventory Planner


  • Create and maintain a 12-18 month rolling inventory plan at SKU-location level for the U.S. business in the SAP/IBP planning system. Shape this plan based on multiple forecast inputs, strategic plans for the item, and desired safety stock levels.
  • Rebalance inventory between import and domestic distribution channels based on how forecasts evolve, and customers write orders
  • Identify Hasbro U.S. projected inventory issues/opportunities in a proactive manner, suggest meaningful solutions, and call out where necessary.
  • Monitor, understand and communicate supply issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, Allocation and Marketing to understand the updates and nuances of the items within the brands.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with the Global Planning team while working to close gaps in supply
  • Run ad-hoc reporting and scenario planning in excel as necessary

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required in a related field (material planning, supply chain, statistics, logistics).
