Digital Asset Administrator Thu Jun 14 02:00:00 CDT 2018 Providence, RI 471598000 2524 Global Development 1 Employee <p>Digital Asset Administrator</p> <p><strong><u>Function/Purpose:</u></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Digital Asset Administrator is responsible for ensuring on time secure delivery of all digital assets ordered and approved for distribution through the content management system by collaborating with cross functional team members in design, editorial, marketing, photo studios, online business, and IT teams. Requires strong digital workflow background, expert organizational skills, intermediate experience with graphic software, proficient experience with Excel, and exceptional customer service as well as written communication.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Primary Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for coordinating, reviewing and prioritizing high volume batches of final Toy and Game packaging and product photo images received from Hong Kong partners while adhering to IP Security process to ensure secure distribution and release of images.</li> <li>Manage the access and secure release of all final Toy and Game packaging artwork, instruction files and copy on the Content Services Portal. Ensures secure release of all sensitive movie-related and/or licensed assets by adhering to specific approval guidelines and release dates provided by Marketing.</li> <li>Collaborates with Global partners in China, Stockley Park, Canada, Latin America, Mexico, Brazil, and US on localization, adaptation, and upload of toy packaging files.</li> <li>Facilitate all incoming Global digital asset requests for art and photography files, either restricted or not available through the Content Service Portal including final packaging files, instructions, product photography, Brand Merchandising Toolkits, logos, and extracting graphics/artwork from packaging as needed. Capture patterns for requests in order to report trends and predict future demand.</li> <li>Collaborate with Global Brand Marketing, Digital Technology Team, and IP Security to enforce restricted asset policy, emphasizing the importance of adhering to security guidelines and asset release dates.</li> <li>Partner closely with Digital Technology Team team to ensure the most up to date and efficient search capabilities are being applied and used in the most competent way on the Content Services Portal. Analyze metadata, subtypes, search fields, and security policies, and identify inefficiencies and consider new solutions to ensure the asset portal is being utilized to its highest potential.</li> <li>Tracks detailed data of all assets incoming and outgoing for yearly analysis to determine growth of business and necessary resource support.</li> <li>Creates, updates, and distributes all necessary digital asset guidelines to ensure that all current processes are followed and kept relevant.</li> <li>Mentors and trains incoming rotating contract digital asset administrators, and creates/updates all training guidelines and materials as needed.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Graphics or Information &amp; Library Science required</li> <li>3-6 years work experience in Digital Asset Management</li> <li>Strong analytical and organizational skills</li> <li>Strong customer services and communication skills,&nbsp;with&nbsp;well developed, verbal, written and presentation skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously</li> <li>Ability to take initiative, follow through, and meet deadlines as necessary</li> <li>Team player with flexibility to work on a wide range of projects with a variety of teams</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
