Hasbro’s U.S. Regional Marketing Team is looking for an upbeat, results-oriented, marketer to run the NERF portfolio in the US.


In this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, you will lead an outstanding team of marketers, drive regional strategy, and help evolve some of the most iconic brands in the industry to the next level!

Using analytics and a customer-centric mentality, you will partner with cross-functional teams to grow this portfolio and achieve commercial objectives.

A Day in the Life of a Director, Marketing:

  • Be the commercial specialist for this high-profile, energy-packed portfolio of brands.
  • Delivering results through analytical problem solving and charismatic communication in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative environment.
  • Use a multi-million dollar marketing budget to drive consumer demand and grow market share.
  • Tapping into consumer insights and mining data to inform go-to-market campaigns across categories, demographics, and world-class licensed partners!
  • Develop and pitch outstanding exclusive offerings to retailers across channel and customer, with a focus on both bricks and clicks.
  • Part analytical ninja and part empowered mentor, you will help cultivate an organizational culture of credibility, integrity, and equality.
  • Provide regular, trend based guidance to the Global Consumer Organization

What you'll bring:

  • 10+ years of progressive brand/ strategy experience in a forward-thinking consumer organization.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field. MBA strongly preferred.
  • A track record delivering programs that meet or exceed corporate financial goals.
  • Proven track record of transforming a strategy and vision into measurable plans.
  • Validated experience building and mentoring a team and cultivating culture.
  • Capable of shaping a strategic vision and effectively presenting that vision throughout all levels of the organization
  • Compelling communication skills: ability to provide clear and concise direction/feedback to external and internal stakeholders and the ability to influence others to adopt his/her recommendations.
  • Ability to make informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track.
  • Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and balancing multiple projects simultaneously, under time constraints and within budget parameters.
