Are you interested in sharing your subject matter expertise and helping develop a demand planning center of excellence? We have an immediate need on Hasbro's US Demand and Inventory Team!

This position leads the creation of cross-functional connections between product, demand, inventory and allocation plan, finance budget, marketing goals and sales goals.

A Day in the Life of a Demand Planning Manager:

  • We need someone who can deliver demand planning POS and ship projections for their assigned set of customer/brands;
  • Who collaborates with their manager to advance demand planning standard methodologies, sets strategic and tactical goals for the demand planning organization, and who drives follow through of major landmarks, and
  • Acts as the voice of demand planning team in all cross-functional discussions within and outside of North America regional responsibility.
  • Someone who supports a culture of exception management by proactively identifying major issues and opportunities around demand and supply, and
  • Drives excellence in analysis and execution while taking ownership of identified issues in demand planning to drive quantifiable solutions and positive business results
  • Leads monthly demand-supply reconciliation in collaboration with cross functional partners.
  • Participates in goal-setting and is the active leader in forecast accuracy improvement

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s Degree, along with:

  • 5-10 years’ experience in supply chain, specifically in demand, supply, and allocation planning for toy industry, retail or comparable seasonal high SKU-count CPG industry such as fashion
  • Ability to thrive in a global, multi-cultural or multi-country environment while building cross functional trusted partnerships and facilitating consensus within and across work teams
  • Passion for crafting process and systems improvement
  • Skills in analysis, influencing, negotiation, communication and navigating a sophisticated global organization
  • Energy for working in a sophisticated, collaborative, fast-paced environment, and handling several projects at a time
