Do you have a passion for finding root cause and problem solving? We are very excited to have an opportunity available for a Compliance Sr. Analyst to join the Hasbro team! In this role you will provide subject matter expertise and work collaboratively with our internal and external partners to research and resolve Customer Vendor Compliance charges.

The Sr Compliance Analyst’s overall objective is to lead the collaborative effort amongst cross functional teams to ensure the implementation of best in class practices when researching and resolving customer vendor compliance charges.  The expectation is that each violation will be managed effectively while evaluating that the orders were processed in accordance with the customer’s vendor compliance requirements.  To achieve this goal, it will require that the person become an expert of the detail in the customer’s vendor guide and portal.  This individual will drive efficiency in processes and strive to identify root cause in order to develop a corrective action plan which will result in cost savings and align to Hasbro’s financial goals.  In addition, the Sr Compliance Analyst is expected to regulate all projects and analysis related to their specific responsibilities and the overall department.  The job requires that the person provide recommendations, make decisions, facilitate regular communications and collaborate with various levels of management to mitigate the financial impact (including: Vice President, Director and Manager).  These individuals are viewed as one of the key faces to our valued customers, and they are expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with contacts at these key accounts.

 

 A Day In the Life as Sr. Analyst Compliance

  • Analyze and research customer compliance charges, develop rationale to determine disposition and identify root cause which will lead to cost and time savings opportunities
  • Impact the business through collaborating efforts by leading cross-functional meetings with both our internal teams and external customers
  • Work autonomously to fully support the account’s business and react immediately to problems in a high-pressure environment
  • Provide expert advice and recommend a plan of action when customer requirements present financial risks
  • Take the lead with customer compliance changes and provide interpretation and implementation guidance to impacted internal partners
  • Lead the onboarding of new accounts and ensure Hasbro is aligned with the expectations of the customer and is prepared to do business without financial risk
  • Formulate, maintain and distribute Excel reports to summarize key data
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce cost and risk
  • Maintain effective working relationships with business partners to facilitate the receipt and dissemination of compliance information
  • Document and update all business processes related to management of vendor compliance
  • Work additional hours both in the office and from home as the business demands

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – preferably business related and 3-5 years of related experience
  • Ability to have confidence to make time sensitive decisions
  • Capacity to work to deadlines with a strong sense of urgency without compromising quality of work
  • Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while focusing on attention to detail and utilizing excellent follow up skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and achieve individual results
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Knowledge of SAP (beneficial)
  • Competent in Microsoft Office – specifically Excel
