In this role, you will be developing, leading, and executing ecommerce merchandising strategies that deliver best-in-class consumer-facing content that drives conversion. Overseeing a team of four, you will partner with marketing and graphics leads to ensure digital content is rich, informative, and on-brand. A Day in the Life of a Sr. Manager, eCommerce Merchandising

  • Leading a team that merchandises digital content on Walmart.com, Target.com and various other top eCommerce sites in the US.
  • Partnering with internal Marketers and Hasbro’s Digital Shelf team in crafting product assets that support PDPs, brand pages, digital campaigns, and promotions.
  • Overseeing the timely syndication of assets with vendor partners like Syndigo and Whytespyder.
  • Monitoring and measuring asset performance data and trends to strategize an action plan to boost content health and SEO.
  • Manage a team of merchandisers/graphic designers ensuring on-time robust delivery of content across 35+ retail accounts.
  • Art direct creative for PDP, brand pages, banners, and marketing materials.
  • Partner with Marketing and Legal teams to ensure creative conforms to brand message and legal guidelines.
  • Oversee asset management supporting IP sensitive content ensuring proper release aligned to embargo dates.
  • Lead Rich Media program for retail ensuring robust and on-time delivery of EHC.
  • Partner closely with Global Ecommerce to understand visual strategies and insights.
  • Partner closely with commercial partners to ensure internal asset strategy is in line with retail standards.
  • Maintain digital asset catalog keeping detailed record of deliveries, audit corrections and support tickets.
  • Receive, process, and track retail deliverables and KPIs.
  • Analyze performance metrics through Syndigo and A/B test to evaluate asset performance for EHC merchandising.
  • Manage weekly audits with team to ensure robust syndication of digital content, EHC and paid reviews.
  • Trouble shoot with external partners to correct syndication or activation issues.
  • Deliver regular feedback and coaching to drive employee engagement and performance.

 

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Experience in working with retailer eCommerce platforms like Walmart.com, Target.com, Kohls.com etc.
  • 5+ years experience in a digital asset management or equivalent
  • Experience with managing and optimizing SEO performance
  • Previous experience managing direct reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (concentrating in Excel/PowerPoint) and Adobe 
  • Experience with tracking trends/performance through KPI reporting
  • Experience with 3rd party syndication programs such as Syndigo, Whytespyder, Profitero, and Bazaarvoice
  • Creative Suite (concentrating in Photoshop/Illustrator).
