The position will be focused on leading the development and implementation of the global strategy for Promotions and Partnerships category.</p> <p><br /> <strong>A day in the life as a Senior Director, Global Promotions:</strong><br /> &bull;&nbsp;You will be responsible for maintaining and further growing revenue through the creation of long and short-term promotional partnerships. Critical areas include new business generation, strengthening existing relationships and finding long term, innovative solutions.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;Evaluate the economic and strategic costs/benefits of potential outbound licensing partnerships and work with regional and franchise leads to execute.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;Show determination and lead sales/negotiation process with targeted partnerships to drive high revenue and margin business.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;Partner with our teams in Brand, Finance, Legal as well as Regional Vice Presidents to craft and execute global deals.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;Develop proposals, prepare and present to key partners, negotiate license fees, royalties, overall media commitment, on-pack and in-store exposure, licensed product opportunities and promotional terms and territory.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;Identify key business levers and build &ldquo;Best Practices&rdquo; for promotions management.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;Drive management and maximization of the effectiveness of promotional pitching and concept development.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;Initiate cost benefit analysis for promotional opportunities while evaluating and tracking key performance metrics.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;Model the way as a liaison with Legal and Finance partners on international license deals, ensuring deal terms are aligned with corporate principles and practices.</p> <p><br /> <strong>Position Requirements:</strong><br /> &bull;&nbsp;Bachelor of Arts or degree in other relevant focus.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;Minimum 8 years expertise within sales marketing preferably at a Studio or Ad-Agency within the Entertainment/Film Industry.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;You should be a dedicated and ambitious team-player with a proven ability to work under aggressive individual and team sales goals.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;Ability to demonstrate superior knowledge of practices and principles related to the sale and implementation of corporate partnerships.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;Highlighted creativity, detail-attentive nature and strong work ethic.
