Quality is Hasbro’s top priority. For Quality, we aim to enable high consumer trust and brand confidence by ensuring Hasbro products are safe and reliable for our consumers. This role is to support Hasbro’s one of the strategic imperatives - Accelerate from quality engineering side.

Associate QA Engineer will carry out various clerical support for the quality function from daily operation. He/she shall act as a gatekeeper to ensure all QA documents are into to system and under control.

  • Download outside lab reports from vary sources and send to respective Quality Engineer. Upload all QA document into the system
  • Maintain QA List and summary for the report and respective documents
  • Prepare and distribute official documents/reports within the Company vendors.
  • Retrieve the testing report by request from respective party. Prepare QA sign off and QN Release for QE review.
  • Maintain New product quality tracker and coordinate with Product Quality Engineers for weekly update of same.
  • Automate Redundant documentation task using Power Automate and using MS SharePoint.
  • Contribute to AD-hoc tasks related to analysis of QN release summary, identify any delays from the data.
  • Weekly product Inspection schedule planning, handling inspection reporting in eConnect (SAP) system.
  • Share folder & Power BI update for Vendor/supplier Quality assessments, Follow up on Vendor routine updates and its timely uploads.
  • PO release in SAP for QA indent purchase. Training documentation & Arrangement.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors Degree or above
  • Minimum 3-4 years quality work experience.
  • Knowledge for computer software, Excel, word, PPT, MS Power BI, Power Automate.
  • Detailed, analytical and logical thinker with the abilities to manage the document and report.
  • Working knowledge of ISO requirements.
  • Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and team player.
  • Good spoken and written English
