This position is part of an independent Quality Audit Team staffed with professional auditors.
This role is responsible to:
- Support Hasbro business by conducting objective factory/laboratory audit to ensure product is safe and reliable.
- Ensuring OEM vendors compliance with Hasbro Quality Assurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assess factory internal quality systems to ensure they are capable of meet Hasbro’s requirements.
- OEM vendor audit, subcontractor audit, Material Supplier audit, factory self-inspection audit and laboratory qualification audit.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
- Communicates audit findings by discussing findings with factory and preparing a final report.
- Follow up of the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) submitted by factory
Maintain Key Performance Indicators
- Manufacturer’s quality system audit, incoming chemical material control, traceability system and critical to compliance (prodcution process control)
- Good spoken and written English
Work location is Pune, and expect regular travel to factories for business in India.
