In this role, the Account Manager, Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for sustaining and growing strong, collaborative relationships with key external partners. They will ensure alignment on goals, delivering mutual value, and proactively finding opportunities to deepen engagement. Success in this role requires a strategic approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate the complexities of each partner’s unique business model.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partner relationships across North America, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day coordination and long-term engagement.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with collaborating partners, ensuring clear communication, trust, and alignment across shared objectives.
  • Understand each partner's business model, priorities, and goals to align our offerings for mutual value—always with the end user or fan experience as the guiding principle.
  • Address partner inquiries, concerns, and opportunities promptly.
  • Aid in planning and forecasting for initiatives that involve partners, encompassing operational needs, performance tracking, and budget alignment.
  • Stay informed on partner strategies, industry trends, competitive dynamics, and end-user behaviors to advise partnership direction and planning.
  • Use data and market insights to help refine engagement strategies, identify and pursue new opportunities, and strengthen overall partner satisfaction and performance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing strategic accounts or partnerships, ideally with large or complex organizations across retail, e-commerce, or entertainment sectors.
  • Established track record of effectively using partner platforms and tools, analyzing partner data and reports, and addressing issues in partnership with external customers.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and clarity.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems and tools such as SmartSheets, Tableau, and SharePoint; comfort working with data to inform decisions.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional experiences to fans and end-users, with a deep appreciation for brand integrity and audience connection.
  • Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional initiatives, including promotional campaigns or joint projects with partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering against deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.

The base salary range for this position is $96,000.00 to $144,000.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
