We’re looking for a data-driven Associate Growth Marketing Manager to implement critical performance marketing initiatives in support of MTG Arena. As an integral part of the Marketing organization, you will collaborate with partners across the business to build high-impact programs that drive demand for Arena, engage existing players, and attract new ones.
You are a dynamic marketing professional with both creative and technical expertise, spanning the entire customer journey. Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in email marketing, paid media, content marketing, and full-funnel analytics across multiple platforms.
What You'll Do:

Collaborate cross-functionally with User Acquisition, Product Marketing, Creative, Business Intelligence, and Lifecycle Marketing teams to align business and performance marketing strategies.
- Innovate and implement outstanding campaigns using multi-channel marketing strategies to drive product demand, capture interest, and retain players.
- Develop and launch campaigns from briefing to execution, including automation workflows.
- Segment audiences and implement personalized campaign tactics, using data to drive engagement through email, paid media, and push notifications.
- Build and implement paid media strategies across core channels (search, social, display, and programmatic) to support product and player marketing initiatives.
- Develop growth strategies with a focus on rapid testing, fast iteration, and continuous optimization over long-term campaigns.
- Analyze campaign and player performance, conduct experiments, and deliver regular performance reports.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and use insights to improve and scale marketing channels.
What You'll Bring:

Ability to attribute program performance to specific channels and goals.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with qualified to present analysis to teams, partners, and leadership.
- Hands-on experience with quantitative media analysis and optimization.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and convert ambiguity into actionable plans.
- Experience working with global brands; gaming experience is preferred.
- Passion for games and the gaming industry.
Nice to Have:

2+ years of work experience in performance marketing, demand generation, and the player acquisition funnel
- Handled a multi-million-dollar advertising budget
- Practical knowledge of Marketing Tech and Analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience using lifecycle marketing and paid advertising platforms on both mobile and desktop
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
Compensation Range, Currency USD:

Starting Pay Range: $67,725
- Pay Range End: $113,500
