What You'll Do:
We are looking for a Brand Partnership Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market campaigns supporting all of Dungeons & Dragons’ third-party product releases.
What You'll Bring:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving marketing strategies that champion our licensed partner products on our official channels across multiple verticals, including – games, merchandise, publishing, media, consumer products, live events, and entertainment. The ideal candidate will work closely with the licensing team to ensure these products are celebrated by fans and positioned for success in the market, while still integrating them into the larger brand strategy of D&D as a whole.
- Develop and launch go-to-market campaigns for D&D licensed product releases on the D&D official channels across multiple verticals, including lifestyle goods, collectibles, entertainment, and more.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as franchise, digital, retail, and PR to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Run the end-to-end licensor approval process for partner marketing materials to ensure brand alignment and compliance with legal and creative standards.
- Lead strategy for marketing upcoming third-party releases and keep track of all releases in an annual calendar.
- Collaborate with the internal creative team and external creative agencies on asset development.
- Develop campaign concepts that blend D&D’s unique voice with current relevant trends and community interests.
- Establish campaign timelines, track assets, and ensure all work remains on schedule.
- Own third-party marketing budgets and lead resource allocation for campaign development.
- Represent the D&D brand in partner meetings, trade events, and promotional opportunities.
Nice to Have:
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing for table top roleplaying games, AAA video games, or a related entertainment category; trade marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success in driving multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills; able to balance multiple initiatives, timeline constraints, and partners simultaneously.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with both internal collaborators and external agencies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or similar is a plus.
- Deep passion for Dungeons & Dragons, gaming, and nerd culture, with a keen awareness of current pop and internet trends.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $85,800.00 to $148,600.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
