This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, structure, and storytelling — especially someone who is a PowerPoint wizard, thrives on business cadence, and loves crafting compelling business cases.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders, the Program Manager, and senior leadership to translate strategy into execution, drive operational excellence, and bring clarity to performance through rigorous planning, coordination, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Program Execution, Operational Cadence & KPI Management
- Lead day-to-day execution of strategic roadmaps, maintaining project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, WPN, Finance, and Ops to align priorities, remove blockers, and escalate risks.
- Own core operating rhythms (stand-ups, status reviews, retros) and partner with teams to define and evolve KPIs.
- Build dashboards and deliver regular performance insights that drive visibility and accountability.
Strategic Planning & Executive Support
- Drive business reviews and planning cadences, aligning stakeholders and delivering executive-ready presentations.
- Build clear, compelling PowerPoint decks to communicate strategy, performance, and business cases.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support decisions on headcount, budgeting, and strategic roadmap priorities.
- Partner with leadership on reporting, milestone tracking, and facilitating team planning rituals.
Process Optimization & Growth Scalability
- Identify operational inefficiencies and lead initiatives to resolve them.
- Create and maintain SOPs, intake forms, and business process templates.
- Ensure project tracking tools and workflows are optimized and adopted across teams.
- Standardize execution practices to improve consistency and repeatability.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in business operations, strategy, program/project management, or sales & marketing operations.
- PowerPoint fluency — strong storytelling and design skills to create executive-ready decks.
- Proven experience with rhythm of the business, KPI tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong business casing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to influence without direct authority.
- Self-starter with strong ownership mindset.
- Passion for gaming, fan communities, and/or omnichannel retail is a plus
