The Marketing Creative Studio is seeking a Creative Project Manager to support our Digital Games portfolio, partnering closely with internal marketing teams and game design studios. This pivotal role ensures that creative campaigns are managed efficiently, milestones are met, and cross-functional teams are aligned throughout the production lifecycle. The Creative Project Manager will collaborate with producers to oversee campaign creative milestones, ensuring delivery excellence and consistent creative execution across multiple digital game titles.
The Creative Project Manager is well organized and flexible, playing a pivotal role in keeping a portfolio of projects moving internally and externally, managing both internal teams and external partners. This role ensures visibility, reporting, and process optimization across campaigns while enabling producers to focus on production and project delivery.

What You'll Do:
- Campaign & Portfolio Management
- Manage the end-to-end creative campaign pipeline for Hasbro’s Digital Games portfolio, supporting multiple titles and launches.
- Partner with the Senior Producer to track campaign milestones, ensuring on-time delivery and quality across all creative assets.
- Coordinate with internal marketing teams, studio partners, and external vendors to align strategies, priorities, and deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between the Global Marketing Creative team, Global Marketing team, and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate clear communication across departments, ensuring all teams have visibility into timelines, creative status, and dependencies.
- Support creative reviews and feedback loops between marketing and studio partners to maintain consistency and creative integrity.
- Operational Excellence
- Develop and maintain efficient workflows tailored to the unique needs of digital games campaigns.
- Identify and address bottlenecks or risks within the creative process; escalate when necessary and propose solutions collaboratively.
- Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics such as milestone adherence and resource allocation.
- Partner with producers and leadership to forecast needs, allocate resources, and balance workload across brands and campaigns.
- Implement best practices for project tracking, asset management, and campaign reporting.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, helping evolve Hasbro’s creative operations for digital game marketing.
What You'll Bring:
- 3 – 5 years’ in-house or agency experience in creative project management, creative operations, production or traffic management.
- Familiarity with digital gaming, creative campaign production, and studio collaboration.
- Strong ability to maintain focus under pressure – keeps a positive, yet confident demeanor.
- Drives and expects high standards for work output; accountable, assertive and dependable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of projects or brands, with accountability for KPI tracking, reporting, and operational performance.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management abilities.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to present portfolio-level updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management systems (Workfront or similar) preferred.
- Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and seeks to continuously optimize processes.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for games and creative storytelling.

The base salary range for this position is $102,000.00 to $163,800.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
