Are you a motivated and hardworking Project Manager who enjoys working on a wide range of projects in an innovative and collaborative environment? We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Digital Gaming Operations group. The Operations Project Manager is an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering exciting solutions that meet objectives on time and on budget in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, global environment.

 

A Day in the life of a Project Manager:

  • Project/Phase definition, planning, documentation, scheduling, budgeting, risk planning, issue tracking / resolution as well as progress measurement.
  • Leads the effort to understand Business objectives, Roles & Responsibilities, Requirements, Testing, Training, and releasing the solution to Production.
  • Plan and coordinate team activities including, but not limited to: Project kick-off meetings, status & project steering committee meetings, requirement activities, testing activities, training activities, and project closure activities.
  • Ensure continuous progress & improvement by providing thought leadership in team integration, providing innovation in applying standard methodologies in project management, business analysis, solution development, and organizational change.
  • Define and document: scope, budget, dependencies, and assumptions, through appropriate information gathering techniques for assigned IT PMO projects.
  • Accomplish project goals through clear task prioritization, organized work activities, efficient time management, and mindful resource usage.
  • Perform effective project risk and issue management and reporting, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution and mitigation.
  • Manage competing demands for assigned project teams, adapting to changes in the high-paced environment, as necessary.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to the Business organization by displaying courtesy and sensitivity, managing difficult situations with integrity.

 

 

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years experience leading project teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems/Technology, or related field.
  • Strong experience in project planning, organizing, team motivation and delegation.
  • Communicates status, progress on deliverables and risks/issues to the project leader in a timely manner.
  • Builds positive and effective relationships with individuals both internal and external to the IT organization.
  • Results oriented, self-directed, fast learner with ability to operate effectively in new environments.
  • Work experience in Corporate Financial Software Implementation or a financial delivery environment is beneficial.
  • PMP Certification helpful.
  • Software Implementation Project Management experience is a plus.

 

 

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $95,360
  • Pay Range End: $165,240
