Our culture has inspired our diverse team of highly skilled, highly creative, and highly committed individuals for 100 years and we believe the best is yet to come.

Role Introduction:

We are hiring a Director of Platform Services & AI Enablement (PSA) to lead teams responsible for the internal developer platform, shared platform services, and AI enablement capabilities supporting engineering modernization across Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast.

In this role, you will shape the developer-facing platform surfaces teams rely on to build, deploy, integrate, automate, and safely adopt AI at scale. You will guide the evolution of developer workflows, CI/CD consumption patterns, platform APIs, automation orchestration, AI access pathways, and platform telemetry, delivering shared capabilities teams consistently adopt.

This will be a hybrid role requiring three days a week in our Renton, WA office.

What You'll Lead:

Developer Platform & Delivery Experience

  • Lead the internal developer platform, including golden paths, templates, and standardized build and deploy workflows
  • Define and operate shared platform services used by engineering teams for provisioning, integration, and operational automation
  • Establish CI/CD consumption patterns with embedded policy enforcement and environment automation

Platform Services & AI Enablement

  • Define stable API contracts and integration patterns that embed security, policy, and compliance expectations
  • Provide governed access to AI models and services with clear routing, execution, and observability patterns

Adoption & Team Leadership

  • Drive platform adoption through onboarding, documentation, reference implementations, and migration from legacy tooling
  • Own intake, prioritization, and sequencing for platform services and AI enablement work
  • Build and hire platform engineers and product leadership

What You'll Bring:

  • Deep experience designing and operating internal developer platforms and shared platform services
  • Strong understanding of modern delivery systems, CI/CD consumption models, and developer workflows
  • Hands-on experience enabling AI in production environments, not just experimentation
  • Ability to think strategically about platform direction and make pragmatic tradeoffs across teams and technologies
  • Ability to drive adoption, set standards, and reduce tooling and workflow fragmentation
  • Track record of hiring, developing, and scaling strong engineering teams
  • Sound engineering judgment with a bias toward reliability, clarity, and long-term maintainability

Core Requirements:

  • 10+ years in software or platform engineering, including 5+ years in engineering leadership
  • Experience delivering internal developer platforms, platform services, or large-scale automation systems
  • Strong foundation in cloud-native architectures and service-oriented design
  • Experience defining platform standards, APIs, and lifecycle or policy controls
  • Production experience delivering AI enablement or AI platform services at enterprise scale
