We’re looking for a E-Commerce Product Manager to join our Secret Lair Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team. This role blends digital product ownership, merchandising strategy, and cross-functional project leadership to deliver world-class ecommerce experiences.
As a E-Commerce Product Manager, you’ll drive the development of new platform features, lead our A/B testing program, and shape the merchandising strategy for an expanding global product catalog. You’ll also take ownership of launch rooms, ensuring flawless execution across Development, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service.

What You’ll Do
- Scope and deliver new front-end and back-end product features in partnership with business, marketing, engineering and UX .
- Lead the A/B testing program to optimize site merchandising and customer experience.
- Develop and execute an expansive merchandising strategy, covering campaigns and evergreen products.
- Act as deputy launch lead, managing cross-functional readiness and issue resolution during high-impact sales.
- Partner with Operations to ensure seamless production, warehousing, and customer fulfillment.
- Analyze performance data, update forecasts, and recommend strategies for future sales and features.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years in digital product management, ecommerce, or merchandising.
- Strong track record of shipping new product features and optimizing ecommerce experiences.
- Experience with A/B testing, merchandising, and data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional project management skills; comfortable running launch rooms and cross-functional initiatives.
- Familiarity with fulfillment and warehouse operations.
- Excellent communicator, capable of aligning technical and non-technical teams.

The base salary range for this position is $88,600.00 to $146,400.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
