We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join us in our quest to make legendary games and lifelong adventures.

The Financial Analyst will own the tracking, reporting, and driving of headcount and associated costs for all of Wizards and Hasbro. This role will prepare reporting and analysis to the most senior leaders of both Wizards and Hasbro and will require strong attention to detail and professionalism.
 

Key Relationships:

  • Wizards/Hasbro Finance and Human Resources, Accounting, and some members of the Financial Systems teams
  • Hasbro CFO and CPO as well as other key members within the Finance and Human Resources organizations
  • Business and team leaders to garner alignment on data quality and presentation


What You'll Do:

  • Develop deep knowledge of our Human Resources and Finance tools - Be a key owner around the quality and relevance of the data and the methods we use to make and track these related decisions. This role would be the subject-matter expert on these topics for all of Hasbro. 70%
  • Financial Planning & Analysis – Work collaboratively with the various business partners to forecast, budget, and understand monthly performance. Analyze and report spend from the cost center level up to the individual projects and update reporting as priorities change. 30%


What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics or similarly related field.
  • Strong analytical, data management and problem solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn technical tools and concepts and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and simply
  • Comfortable communicating with senior management and non-financial personnel.
  • Experience with Excel and Microsoft 360.


Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience with SAP or Anaplan.

 

Compensation Range (USD)

Starting: $77,969

Ending: $98,200
