We are seeking a visionary Head of Infrastructure Engineering to lead our global technology infrastructure team. This role is crucial in driving the strategy, design, implementation, and management of our innovative technology platforms, including AI implementations at scale. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital games, SAP, AI, and a consistent record of leading large-scale technology projects across cloud infrastructure, network engineering, software development, and datacenter management. This leader will play a key role in leveraging AI to drive innovation and efficiency throughout the organization, in line with Hasbro's "Playing to Win" strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that supports Hasbro’s "Playing to Win" goals, focusing on profitable franchises, digital and direct engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Enterprise Architecture: Ensure the technology strategy aligns with the overall business goals and supports scalable, integrated solutions.
  • Visionary Guidance: Provide thought leadership and drive transformation efforts within technology engineering to consolidate and simplify our offerings while aligning with Hasbro’s increasingly digital needs.
  • Team Management: Build, grow, and lead a complementary team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, continuous improvement, and engineering standard processes.
  • Technology Integration: Supervise the design, deployment, and management of scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions, including cloud infrastructure, network engineering, software development, datacenter management, SAP in cloud environments, and AI implementations.
  • AI Leadership: Lead AI initiatives, including the development and deployment of custom large language models (LLMs) and driving AI use throughout the organization.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability of technology systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance, with a focus on consumer response time, reliability, and performance.
  • Change Agent: Drive new expectations into the organization regarding automation and speed of delivery.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with relevant SOX, PCI, ITIL, corporate security, and other applicable standards.
  • Succession Planning: Identify and develop future leaders within the technology engineering team.
  • Budget Management: Own the technology budget, including forecasting, cost optimization, and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, product teams, and other stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business needs.
  • Customer and User Experience: Drive better customer and user experiences and incorporate their needs into infrastructure and engineering planning.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends, driving innovation and continuous improvement in technology practices.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in technology engineering, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital games, SAP in cloud environments, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), networking, security, software development, datacenter management, and AI implementations at scale.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire large, distributed teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • AI/ML Experience: Extensive prior hands-on experience with AI technologies and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), building and deploying custom LLMs, and successfully driving AI use throughout a mid-size organization's workforce.
  • Broad Technical Proficiency: Prior hands-on experience and proficiency in programming languages and tools commonly used in technology development and infrastructure management (e.g., Python, Java, HCL, JSON, YAML), with experience building and leading teams that use these technologies to handle and implement solutions.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with large-scale, high-availability systems.
  • Certification in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment

The base salary range for this position is $233,600.00 to $350,400.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
