2026 Business Intelligence Intern – Digital Gaming & Technology Operations
As a Business Intelligence Intern at Wizards of the Coast, you will spearhead projects to support our technology stakeholders and video games business. You will help build and scale dashboards that drive decision-making across our digital game and technology ecosystem.
You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to improve workflow visibility, organize and optimize reporting environments, and deliver insights that help teams make better, faster decisions. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys turning data into clarity, and wants exposure to AAA game development and publishing operations.

Throughout the summer, you’ll contribute to work that matters while also being part of a broader global intern cohort, gaining exposure to professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and leadership engagement designed to support your growth and learning.
What You Will do as a Business Intelligence Intern – Digital Gaming & Technology Operations:
- Design and build Tableau dashboards to support central technology data workflows
- Update and enhance existing dashboards to improve usability, clarity, and performance
- Lead a dashboard streamlining initiative to organize and rationalize the current suite of Tableau reporting assets
- Identify and reduce redundancy across dashboards to improve efficiency and data consistency
- Improve dashboard discoverability by enhancing structure, naming conventions, and documentation
- Support management of permissions and access controls across reporting environments
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure dashboards meet business needs and align with reporting standards
What You Will Bring (Required qualifications/skills/competencies):
- Advanced Excel skills - Comfort working with large datasets and multiple data sources
- Cross-functional communication skills - Coordinate between analytics, business, and technology to understand stakeholder needs without much guidance
- Advanced Tableau dashboard visualization skills
- Experience managing Tableau stakeholder access & permissions
- Familiarity with data governance and reporting standardization
- Familiarity with account or identity systems and data such as entitlements, logins, website information, etc.
- Knowledge and passion for video games! You will be on a team that supports our video game studios. You have a passion for playing video games and getting to know the business
Nice to Have:
- Experience querying and managing data in SQL
By the end of the program, interns leave with tangible accomplishments, a clear understanding of how their work creates value, and meaningful exposure to what a full-time, entry-level role at Hasbro could look like, positioning them well for potential future opportunities.
Program Details
- Interview Timeline: February – April
- Summer Internship Program Dates (adjust accordingly for Co-op):
- Start: Early June (target June 8)
- End: Late August (target August 21)
- Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Compensation:
- Rates vary based on year in school, degree program, and office location
- Final rates communicated during offer process
- Location: Internship will be located in our Renton, WA office.
