2026 Customer Retailer Success Intern
We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Commercial organization, with a primary focus on Retailer Success. This role is designed for someone who wants to take ownership of defined business problems and build practical solutions that can be implemented immediately.
Retailer Success supports how stores enter and succeed within the Wizards Play Network (WPN). We oversee the retailer application process, onboarding experience, and ongoing retailer participation. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute directly to improving how we support and scale our retailer ecosystem.
If you enjoy turning ambiguous challenges into structured plans and building solutions that others can use, this role will provide meaningful, hands-on experience.
The Internship Experience
Hasbro’s Summer Internship Program offers a behind-the-scenes look at how a global play and entertainment company operates- paired with the opportunity to make a real impact.
Interns are fully embedded on their teams and trusted to own meaningful business projects aligned to team priorities. Throughout the summer, you’ll contribute to work that matters while also being part of a broader global intern cohort, gaining exposure to professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and leadership engagement designed to support your growth and learning.
What You Will do as a Customer Retailer Success Intern
- During the internship, you will lead 2–3 structured projects that address clearly defined business needs. These may include:
- Retailer Lifecycle Improvement
- We will identify a friction point within the retailer onboarding or engagement process. You will work with partners to design and build a practical solution, such as a process guide, toolkit, template library, or structured framework that can be implemented by the team.
- Cross-Functional Commercial Initiative
- You will partner with another Commercial team — such as Sales, Trade Marketing, Product Management, or Business Development — to support a scoped execution challenge. This may involve creating a coordination model, communication guide, or implementation resource that improves alignment across teams.
- Operational Enablement
- You may also help formalize documentation, standardize internal processes, or build structured resources that improve clarity and consistency across the organization.
- We emphasize ownership and execution. The goal is for you to leave having built something real and useful.
- What Success Looks Like
- By the end of the internship, you will have:
- Delivered 2–3 documented, implementation-ready outputs
- Demonstrated ownership from problem definition through solution design
- Engaged collaborators across multiple Commercial teams
- Presented your work and recommendations to leadership
What You Will Bring (Required qaulifications/skills/competencies):
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree; candidates entering graduate school are welcome
- Comfortable organizing complex information into clear structures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interested in commercial strategy, operations, or go-to-market models
- Curious about how retailer ecosystems and cross-functional teams operate
You will gain exposure to how a global commercial organization supports retailers at scale, collaborates across functions, and balances strategic thinking with operational execution. You will also receive mentorship and feedback throughout the internship.
By the end of the program, interns leave with tangible accomplishments, a clear understanding of how their work creates value, and meaningful exposure to what a full-time, entry-level role at Hasbro could look like, positioning them well for potential future opportunities.
