2026 Financial Analyst Intern- Wizards of the Coast
The Wizards of the Coast Finance team partners closely with Sales, Portfolio Strategy, and Product teams to drive informed decision-making across our global gaming business. From revenue forecasting and scenario modeling to performance analysis and strategic planning, the team plays a critical role in shaping the financial success of our video game and entertainment portfolio. We translate complex data into clear insights, helping leadership navigate growth opportunities, evaluate investments, and optimize long-term value across iconic Wizards franchises.
This summer, we’re looking to bring on a curious, analytical, and enthusiastic Finance Analyst Intern who is excited to work at the intersection of games, strategy, and data. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into numbers, asking thoughtful questions, and turning insights into action — all while contributing to some of the most beloved brands in gaming and entertainment.
The Internship Experience
Hasbro’s Summer Internship Program offers a behind-the-scenes look at how a global play and entertainment company operates- paired with the opportunity to make a real impact.
Interns are fully embedded on their teams and trusted to own meaningful business projects aligned to team priorities. Throughout the summer, you’ll contribute to work that matters while also being part of a broader global intern cohort, gaining exposure to professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and leadership engagement designed to support your growth and learning.
What You Will Do as a Wizards Finance Analyst:
- Partner with sales and portfolio strategy teams to build and maintain video game revenue forecasting models using scenario analysis, simulation techniques, and exploratory AI-assisted approachesHelp formalize historical video game financials and important metrics into a board-ready source of truth including a modular and extensible P&L at deeper levels of granularity
· Own a special project prioritized on improving an internal process, planning template, or shared knowledge base
· Support financial modeling by gathering assumptions, compiling benchmark data, and preparing scenario comparisons
· Synthesize insights from consumer research, playtests, and partner readouts into clear and actionable takeaways
What You Will Bring (Required qualifications/skills/proficiencies):
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through complex data and identify meaningful insights
· Foundational knowledge of finance, accounting, economics, or a related field through coursework or prior experience
· Experience with Excel or similar analytical tools and comfort building models, analyses, and structured outputs
· Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information into clear, well-organized narratives
· Clear written and verbal communication skills with an eye toward executive-ready materials
· Self-motivation and ability to take ownership of prioritized projects in an ambiguous environment
· Enthusiasm for games, entertainment, or consumer brands, along with appreciation for Wizards of the Coast franchises
By the end of the program, interns leave with tangible accomplishments, a clear understanding of how their work creates value, and meaningful exposure to what a full-time, entry-level role at Hasbro could look like, positioning them well for potential future opportunities.
Program Details
- Interview Timeline: February – April
- Summer Internship Program Dates (adjust accordingly for Co-op):
- Start: Early June (target June 8)
- End: Late August (target August 21)
- Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Compensation:
- Rates vary based on year in school, degree program, and office location
- Final rates communicated during offer process
- Location: Internship will take place in our Renton, WA office

The hourly rate for this position is $30.00 to $40.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
