We are looking for a Workplace Experience Manager who has experience being an ambassador for workplace culture. In this role, you'll find ways to improve the workplace experience for everyone. We want people to be legendary and this role will help us curate experiences across our office and gaming studios that will make employees feel like valued members of the team. This role will transform the way employees work to drive collaboration, innovation, productivity, and deliver a great customer experience. Come join our team! What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for creating an extraordinary environment within our facilities. Key responsibilities include composing an environment that hums with positivity, resonates with innovation and hits the right notes for everyone who walks through our door.
  • Oversee the ongoing maintenance of our facilities and repairs as needed. Schedule routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors.
  • Partner with property manager, service providers and outside vendors (janitorial services, food vendors, misc repairs, etc.). Occasionally taking lead on major projects and expansions of current facilities including working with contractors to complete major lease hold improvements & expansions within the current building.
  • Find and implement new technology and tools to improve the employee experience. Partner with the Corporate IT organization to identify tools that can be used to optimize technical interactions within our facility.
  • Ensure proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with the Trust, Safety & Security (TSS) team. Inspect the facility to meet safety regulations and coordinate renovations and updates.
  • Establish relationships with local businesses like Bright Horizons, LA Fitness, etc. to provide additional resources and support to employees.
  • Responsible for event support for events in our Renton office.
  • Engage with our games studios to transform their office spaces into epic realms where creativity thrives, collaboration sparks, and innovation levels up.
  • Develop reliable key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze employee sentiments. Create and distribute surveys to collect timely feedback and communicating results to the leadership team.
  • Oversee routine employee service requests, maintenance and cleaning tasks to team members ensuring that day-to-day requests are prioritized and completed in a timely manner. Supervising the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces.


What You'll Bring:

  • Experience as a facilities manager or relevant position.
  • Strong communication and partner management skills: reporting, conflict resolution, risk management, and change management.
  • Proven track record in process improvement, project management, coordination, and analytics.
  • Capacity to remain organized, balance multiple programs/projects and prioritize different tasks while not compromising on results
  • Creative, business-friendly approach to problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaborate with teams across the organization.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and a diverse workload.


Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $104,640
  • Pay Range End: $183,000
