We're looking for a Lead Merchandiser with a strong curiosity about eCommerce, Direct to Consumer (DTC) platform, product management, and/or business to aid with multiple aspects of Dungeons and Dragons' DTC site. Does this sound exciting to you?
 

What You'll Do:

As a Lead Merchandiser on the Dungeons and Dragons Site Performance team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, contributing to an exceptional online shopping experience for our game fans. Collaborating with various teams, you will:
 

• Lead the development and implementation of effective site merchandising strategies for Dungeons and Dragons merchandise.
• Collaborate seamlessly with various teams for strategic alignment of merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Apply advanced analytics, conduct A/B testing, and leverage sales data for impactful, data-driven decisions.
• Ensure meticulous management of accurate and up-to-date product listings, including comprehensive descriptions, captivating images, and competitive pricing information.
• Stay at the forefront of e-commerce trends, user experience best practices, and industry innovations.
• Lead efforts to contribute significantly to SEO initiatives by optimizing site content for superior search engine visibility.
   

What You'll Bring:

• Proven leadership and e-commerce experience in a senior Site Merchandiser or similar role.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex web analytics, making strategic and informed merchandising decisions.
• Expertise in content management systems and proficiency with various e-commerce platforms.
• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills, fostering effective teamwork and information flow.
• Outstanding attention to detail coupled with a creative approach to drive visually appealing and engaging online merchandising.
• Adaptability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic online retail environment.

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

• Starting Pay Range: $104,400
• Pay Range End: $177,600
