We are looking for a Producer to support our flagship game brand, Dungeons & Dragons! This role is a key member of the team, passionate about facilitating the project management and publication of the various products and other support initiatives within the D&D studio. Dedicated to the product development process for each of D&D's major releases and their related schedules and tracking, you are key to the support of our global releases.

The ideal candidate should have proven industry expertise in production workflows, tracking tools, strong communication and time leadership skills, a passion for product development, and cross functional workflows and an affinity for games/lifestyle brands. A solid understanding of and passion for D&D is a huge asset, and experience solving the challenges of highly interdependent development processes is a plus.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Support the coordination of development for the D&D TRPG roadmap and drive global alignment of cross-functional teams such as franchise, digital and marketing to ensure critical dates and deliverables are met for product schedules.
  • Build visual representations of chokepoints and proactively suggest solutions to alleviate issues with resources and capacity limits.
  • Communicate results and recommendations to the broader D&D leadership team; work with cross-functional teams to make decisions regarding adjustments to product release timing and launch support.
  • Work with Producers, Product Architects, Design and Art Leads to resolve ideal placement of these tasks in the development schedule and communicate these out to relevant teams.
  • Help handle the multiple projects within the larger D&D roadmap, working with leaders and partners to ensure that workloads are optimized, and revenue targets are not at risk.
  • Assess, build, and implement schedules via Smartsheet and timelines for all assigned projects. As well as optimize durations of tasks based on variable scoping.
  • Ability to represent D&D interests and needs with licensing and external partners, communicating efficiently and optimally in various scenarios.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ Years’ experience working as a Producer, Project Manager, or similar game project management position is helpful.
  • Passion for entertainment and D&D a huge plus. Please specify any D&D-specific experience/knowledge on your resume.
  • Confirmed strength in communication and organization
  • Ability to drive projects forward within a highly matrixed organization:
  • Provide clear and concise direction/feedback various parties and influence others to embrace their recommendations
  • Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and balancing multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters
  • Experience with marketing processes and pipelines.
  • Experience working with licensing and external partners.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel
  • Proficient with SmartSheet, Resource Manager, and Miro are big pluses
  • Knowledge of the digital game and/or hobby game industries is helpful
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred

Please note that this is a temporary assignment providing services to Wizards through an external staffing agency. If you are selected for this assignment, you will be employed by Eastridge as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the hourly pay range for this role. The hourly range for this position is $45.00 to $60.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and market conditions.
