Do you have first-hand experience coordinating complex production executions of highly collectible cards?
 

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Specialist to support the product development of Magic: The Gathering’s collectible cards. You will work with internal partners to align on product execution and be the main point of contact for cross-functional teams and external collaborators. The ideal candidate will have experience manufacturing collectible cards and handling IP sensitive products to ensure the delivery of outstanding collectible cards.
 

What You'll Do:

  • Provide guidance on the implementation of Magic’s collectible card strategy.
  • Coordinate and provide direction on complex production processes from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Represent Collectibles with external partners and vendors on the manufacturing and security of cards.
  • Assist creatives through the exploration of emerging print technologies and material sourcing.
  • Partner with our Print Operations team to define and ensure adherence to production specifications and quality standards.
  • May require travel based on business needs.
     

What You'll Bring:

  • Direct or relevant experience in the production and manufacturing of collectible cards.
  • Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and coordinating multiple projects.
  • Proven experience assessing and mitigating risk of high-value IP sensitive materials.
  • Driven, persistent, and resourceful working in an ambiguous and constantly evolving creative environment.
  • Current understanding of the collectibles market and entertainment industry trends.
