We are looking for a strategic Program Manager who is responsible for coordinating multiple digital initiatives through their entire lifecycles. Are you passionate about games, digital products, strategy and operations? This role will ensure the alignment and collaboration of internal and external partners, manage relations and dependencies, provide guidance on program goals, optimize resource utilization across the team, and build effective mechanisms for creating transparency and accountability across the team. What You'll Do:

  • Partner with the team to define the strategic vision for each program/project and align the program goals with organization objectives and long-term goals.
  • Build and lead multiple concurrent project plans for tabletop technology projects of varying levels of scope and complexity in partnership with product owners, software development managers, and the business.
  • Estimate future work and continuously improve estimation process to improve accuracy.
  • Coordinate and lead teams' All Hands, Monthly Programs Reviews, Annual Planning activities and Weekly Business Reviews.
  • Manage internal and external team dependencies to ensure work is completed on time.
  • Create a partner focused development cycle to inform and build relationships across the business. Engage with executives, customers, and partners to gather feedback and align expectations.
  • Coordinate multiple partners needs with production schedules. Track progress, monitor milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Help create team culture and morale events and activities.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years program or project management experience.
  • Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery.
  • Experience crafting multiple dependent roadmaps.
  • Experience landing projects on time and under budget.
  • Experience running sprints and proficiency with project management software, especially JIRA/Atlassian tools.
  • Experience using data and metrics to identify and drive improvements.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience driving process improvements.
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $ 113,680
  • Pay Range End: $ 193,560
