This job is highly collaborative, interacting frequently with front-end developers and game designers to make sure that we deliver authentic Magic and an engaging digital experience. Some problems you’d get to tackle include:<br/><br/>&bull; Can I improve how lands are auto-tapped when casting spells?<br/>&bull; What data do I need to send to the front-end to display this ability’s effect?<br/>&bull; When I implement REDACTED, that new upcoming keyword, how will it work with REDACTED?<br/><br/>DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS WIZARD<br/><br/>&bull; Programming the comprehensive rules of Magic in an expert system.<br/>&bull; Expanding the scope of our language parser to understand new card text.<br/>&bull; Adding functionality and content to our automated testing framework.<br/>&bull; Investigating and fixing live bugs to support our game.<br/>&bull; Code reviewing, brainstorming, and helping our development organization grow.<br/>&bull; Designing dev tools, writing workflows, and improving our process.<br/><br/>Problem Solving<br/><br/>&bull; The problem space of Magic rules is difficult.
