We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Network Engineer to join our Global Infrastructure team.   This role involves network engineering and analytical tasks related to LAN/WAN networks, focusing on design and support.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support the design, deployment, and operation of enterprise-scale network infrastructure across a complex, global footprint encompassing multiple regions, business units, and time zones.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of regional and global LAN/WAN infrastructure, including Cisco and Juniper wired/wireless networks, Cisco SD-WAN, F5 load balancers, and Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls, ensuring resilience, performance, and alignment with global standards.

  • Engineer, configure, and maintain cloud-native networking solutions, primarily within Amazon Web Services (AWS), but also extending to Microsoft Azure, focusing on global scalability, automation, and secure network architecture.

  • Collaborate with diverse global teams and stakeholders to architect and deliver enterprise-grade network solutions tailored to complex business and operational requirements across multiple geographic regions.

  • Participate in a 24/7 global on-call rotation, ensuring rapid incident response and service restoration outside of core business hours as required by a follow-the-sun operational model.

  • Act as a key contributor in evaluating and integrating emerging networking technologies to support evolving business strategies, digital transformation, and global expansion.

  • Take ownership of network problem resolution by diagnosing, analyzing, and remediating complex technical issues in established and dynamic network environments.

  • Ensure alignment with global IT governance and security policies, and maintain thorough documentation to support audits, compliance, and change management across international operations.

 

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience.

  • Professional Experience: 5-7 years of experience with networking technologies and core Internet protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, wireless, and distributed networks).

  • Cloud Networking: Expertise in Cloud Networking Technology: AWS, Azure, Internet Gateways (IGWs), Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).

  • Technical Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of TCP/IP internetworking, Cisco IOS, data communications equipment, as well as LAN/WAN/Cloud concepts, operations, and troubleshooting.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose, identify and resolve problems affecting network performance.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, oral, visual, and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical staff.

  • Certifications: Cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.), Cisco, Juniper certifications preferred.

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $121,285

  • Pay Range End: $173,400
