At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. From our genre-defining games like Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons® to our growing multiverse, we continue to innovate and build new ways to foster friendship and connection. That’s where you come in!

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the team that powers the most iconic roleplaying game in the world—Dungeons & Dragons! This role will focus on driving player engagement, product positioning, and strategic alignment across the D&D portfolio, ensuring each release resonates deeply with our players, creators, and broader community.

While you will work closely with GTM teams, your focus will be upstream: identifying product opportunities, crafting narratives, guiding strategy, and ensuring cross-functional alignment to bring compelling experiences to life. If you’re a strategic thinker, storytelling enthusiast, player-first advocate, and seasoned cross-functional partner, this is your chance to help lead the charge in evolving and growing the D&D brand!

What You Will Do

  • Own the product marketing strategy for Dungeons & Dragons content and experiences, partnering with Product Management, Brand, and Franchise leadership to define audience-first opportunities and long-term roadmaps.
  • Develop player-centric positioning and messaging for key titles, experiences, and programs, grounded in research, insights, and community feedback.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Community, and Publishing teams to help guide campaign narratives, asset development, and product storytelling across multiple touchpoints.
  • Be a strategic thought partner to product teams—offering input on feature prioritization, content strategy, and audience impact.
  • Drive strategic marketing inputs during early-stage product development (e.g., player personas, competitive insights, ecosystem fit).
  • Build internal excitement and alignment by articulating the "why" behind what we make—and for whom.
  • Help shape and maintain a marketing voice that reflects the values and passion of the D&D community.
  • Influence across levels and functions without direct authority, bringing cross-functional teams together around a shared vision.

What You Will Bring

  • Demonstrated ability in product marketing, brand strategy, or related field, preferably in gaming, technology, or consumer products.
  • Experience crafting positioning and messaging across both physical and digital products.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional collaboration in fast paced environments.
  • Outstanding storytelling skills—can translate sophisticated, nuanced products into compelling, emotional narratives.
  • Familiarity with Dungeons & Dragons or other tabletop RPGs strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable using data and player feedback to inform marketing strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and act as a connector between creative, commercial, and product teams.
  • Self-starter who can proactively problem solve and offer creative solutions.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working in IP-driven franchises or fan-led communities.
  • Background in publishing, gaming, or narrative content industries.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms, play systems, and player engagement models.
