We are seeking a Senior Manager, First Party Relations to join our Digital Games – Publishing group, closely working with our First Parties (Microsoft, Nintendo, Sony) and Digital Platform partners (Epic, Steam, Windows Games Store) as well as PC hardware manufacturers (AMD, Intel, Nvidia) to be a key facilitator in the development and lifecycle management of the Wizards of the Coast/Hasbro digital gaming portfolio.
This pivotal role requires a combination of technical and people skills, while being highly cross-functional, excellent at forging and maintaining partner relations, and experienced with both long-term project planning and day-to-day execution. The Senior Manager, First Party Relations will embrace a constantly changing environment, multitasking on multiple, large-scale projects while following up on existing deals and support agreements that are in place with our partners.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the day-to-day business operations with our platform partners, building strong working relationships with their account managers
- Work cross-functionally across Wizards of the Coast and Hasbro, supporting the development and lifecycle management of a wide variety of games and content
- Partner with internal groups – specifically Business Development, Central Technology, Development Teams, Marketing, Production, and Release Management – to lead negotiations on incremental revenue and co-marketing partnerships with PC hardware manufacturers
- Partner with the Production Services team (Release Management) to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the company, relating to platform best practices as to help internal groups plan optimally and account for potential impacts and implications
- Manage and prioritize inquiries from a wide range of internal stakeholders, ensuring their business and technical needs are met
- Coordinate with internal groups (Central Technology, Licensing, Marketing, Publishing) for go-to-market activities across titles and platforms
- Evaluate, evangelize, and execute on new growth initiatives and technologies created and offered by both platform and hardware partners
- Leverage relevant company, product, and/or game data to propose recommendations for new product features or changes on first party platforms
- Collaborate with first party partnership teams and internal stakeholders on detailed release schedules and upcoming initiatives
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings to offer consistency and efficiency across all Wizards of the Coast digital games
What You Will Bring:
- 5+ years of project management, production, and/or operations experience with tangible go-to-market results
- Experience leading time-sensitive projects in a cross-functional organization, working with a wide range of internal and external partners of varying seniority and technical expertise
- A strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to present findings at all seniority levels across both Wizards and Hasbro
- A team player with the ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work with multiple clients, effectively and simultaneously

The base salary range for this position is $105,900.00 to $174,300.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
